1. Filmmakers must be of Liberian descent.

2. At least 75% of the film must be shot in Liberia and portray Liberian way of life.

3. Film must be in English or have subtitles

4. Film presented must be finished. No partially completed films will be accepted.

5. Films must be completed between April 1st, 2022 and April 1st, 2023.

6. Feature films cannot be longer than 1 hour and a half (90 mins) and short films cannot be longer than 30 mins.

7. Film submission is limited to feature and short films only.

8. Films of any/all genres can be submitted-drama, action, etc.

9. Films will be selected based on quality of picture, clarity of sound, and ability to convey story.

10. Films must be submitted via email. Please ensure that your submitted link works prior to submitting. If we cannot open the link, we will not be able to view your film for consideration.
